Zulay Henao is a Colombian American actress who is best known for her performance as Esperanza on The Oprah Winfrey Network drama 'If Loving You isn't enough'. She has also played in numerous films like Illegal Tender Takers, 'Illegal Tender,' Boy Wonder,' and True Memoirs of an International Assassin. When she was just four years old her family, along with her were relocated to Medellin in Antioquia to the USA. Henao spent three years serving in the U.S. Army after high school and studied at Methodist College, while stationed in Fort Bragg North Carolina. Later, she studied acting at the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts. Also, she was employed at odd jobs and began her professional career in Hollywood. Since 2014, she's been with American model Joel Rush. The actress was previously engaged with actress Terrace Howard. Henao is extremely close with her family members and believes that to be her first priority.
