Yael Stone
Stone was raised within Sydney, Australia, where she attended her school, the Newtown High School of the Performing Arts as well as the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA). Stone started acting when she was just a child. Her roles included Me Myself and The Farm. Her primary focus was on the stage. Stone was awarded Best Newcomer at the Sydney Theatre Awards 2008 and Best Supporting actor for The Kid. Apart from her role in theatre, she's had a role on TV, in supporting roles such as All Saints or Spirited. The actress was on the screen from 2010 until 2011 in The Diary of a Madman. As a result of this role she received a nomination for the Sydney Theatre Awards for Best Supporting actress. In February 2011 she flew from Sydney to New York to perform in the Brooklyn Academy of Music's production The Diary of a Madman prior to returning for the lead roles of A Golem Story, Summer of the Seventeenth Doll, as well as As You Like It in Sydney.
